The Elder Scrolls: Blackwood launches on PC on June 1 and on consoles on June 8. Elder Scrolls Online: Deadlands DLC, The Gates of Oblivion 2021 Adventure. The DLC’s story follows the schemes of the Daedric Prince Merhunes Dagon, the big bad evil guy from Oblivion. It takes players to 800 years before the events of Oblivion, a long time before the death of Emperor Uriel Septim VII. The update introduces Oblivion Portal World Events, a few quality-of-life additions, and a Companions system similar to most single-player Elder Scrolls games.
Players will be able to meet, recruit, and customize specialized NPCs to fight alongside them in their adventures. Blackwood opens up several famous locations related to Oblivion.īlackwood continues the year-long Gates of Oblivion special event for The Elder Scrolls Online. The extended Gates of Oblivion event may bring more DLCs within the year. Currently, ESO players have Blackwood to look forward to. The Blackwood storyline is expected to start off with the Flames of Ambition DLC. Yes, I understand a lot of people go with Steams release of Oblivion. The DLC will thrust players into the questline with the addition of new dungeons that “reveal the threat of Mehrunes Dagon.” Flames of Ambition launches on March 8 for PC, MAC, and Stadia and on March 16 for Xbox and PlayStation consoles.īethesda teased an “end-of-year story DLC” but we’ll have to wait for more details regarding that expansion. I wouldnt try to call it a GOTY release because it doesnt even have the unofficial DLC apparently. Sadly, the official Plugins (thats the correct name) is not easy to come by these days, especially in a wholesome, legal format, not a virus infested iso file.
